Sandwell has stop smoking services for in-patients based at:
- Rowley Regis Hospital
- Sandwell Hospital
- Hallam Street Hospital
Patients can access The Stop Smoking Service whilst in hospital. This service is free of charge and available on an individual basis. Anyone deciding to quit smoking whilst in hospital will be offered continued support when discharged.
Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) and Zyban (bupropion) are available to most smokers providing an assessment is undertaken by a Specialist Stop Smoking Advisor.
