  • Feel your health is being affected by smoking
  • Or experience difficulty in accessing stop smoking clinics outside work but you want to stop smoking

It can be hard stopping but many people do and with our help you could improve your chances of quitting by up to 4 times!

Smoking causes or increases the risk of many associated health problems but by giving up you may see an improvement in your health from day one, such as:

  • Improvements in your breathing & energy levels
  • Reducing your chances of developing cancer/s
  • Stopping your clothes & hair from smelling of smoke
  • Your children will be less likely to start smoking if you stop
  • Also by saving your hard earned money and being able to treat yourself or your family

By joining a workplace group you will be with colleagues who are in a similar situation. You could support one another or remain in contact long after the course has finished through your work, which may improve your success in staying quit.

What we can offer:

  • Group settings onsite at your place of work (if suitable area available)
  • FREE ongoing advice & support from trained, specialist stop smoking advisors
  • Provision of Nicotine Replacement Therapy on prescription (current prescription charge for each two weekly supply or FREE if exempt from charges)
  • Information & support on ZYBAN & CHAMPIX (non nicotine medication)
  • Flexible ongoing support for people wanting to quit
  • Continued support via telephone.
